Hayley is an American actor and singer. Many people recognize her as Erica Goldberg in the comedy The Goldbergs' TV show. She is, however, musician. According her, is the very first thing she is passionate about. Her first time playing it when she was nine years old. As she grew to 12 years old, her music took more serious form and she began professional training. After experimenting with music, she decided to record the album with covers at the age of 14. Since then, there's nothing but positive. Orrantia was born in America, has Hispanic ancestry. Although she was raised speaking solely English and never lived in Mexico she is very satisfied with her Hispanic heritage. She hopes to protect it through the creation of Spanish songs, and also studying the Spanish language. A song she has created is called "Hasta Verte," a song she recorded in Spanish. Orrantia appeared in The X Factor season 1's auditions throughout the summer of 2011. Orrantia had been chosen from YouTube videos and got the four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle in the live audition stage. The first time she was auditioning for soloist, she as well as three female vocalists were placed together for the remaining auditions in "Hollywood Week". Live shows were staged in the 5th week.
