Pickler grew up in a difficult family. The mother she had left when she was only two years old to avoid the abuse of her partner. The mother of Pickler returned back to her home and was given complete control of her. However, it wasn't as it was originally planned. The grandparents of Pickler raised Pickler from age 12 to adulthood. Pickler needed to look after of her children without parents. The mother of three admitted she did not have time to go to school and began learning to become a housewife at an early stage. Pickler was a member of the cheerleading teams of both high school and middle-school. North Stanly High School graduated in the year 2004. Pickler was also an beauty contestant.
