Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American writer, singer and actress well known for her portrayal of Ginger Grant in the 1960s television series Gilligan's Island. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. In the 1950s, she appeared as a stage performer in several Broadway shows before gaining her way into the spotlight with her hit song 'Lil' Abner's debut in 1957. In the same calendar year she released her first music album called The album is Tina Time. Louise began her Hollywood career in 1958, as she played Griselda Walden in God's Small Acre a dramatic film. The film was a massive hit and Louise earned her the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. In New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationship to Lee Strasberg. Her most memorable performance came in 1964. The actress signed with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work successfully between Broadway television and Hollywood portraying somber characters as opposed to her image as an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary, although she made a mark as an accomplished television director on various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her birth date was the 28th of August, 1965 in Essex. At the age of 3years old, her family moved her to Toronto which is where she spent the majority of in the city for her entire childhood. Then she settled in Vancouver after she was selected to play Samantha Carter.
